1. is there anyone we can talk to for a character reference?

   yes, I have some teammate can help to provide related working information.

2. why did you leave/quit your last job?

   I got blocked on my last job. I found I cant learn new things from my last job, for my personal development. so i quit.

3. can you tell me about some of your accomplishment?

   I did 2 great things on my last job,

• I teached many new joiner to famiiar System and their work.

  some new joiner’s always have envirnoment config issue. like a test install local development envirnoment.

• I lead other 2 developer to do service migration and business delivery.

  because our leader is too busy. my leader trusted me, and teached me business related things, and I teached other developer.

  when we do service migration, also have some technical issue. like: (config issue or

  ​ 1. service availibility / performance testing

​ 2. k8s related issue / readiness | liveness / jenkins deploy issue

4. what would you say your biggest weakness is?

   I can finish the work quickly and perfectly, but I lack the ability to plan my work. （ The essential reason is that I have too little work and life experience and lack the ability to judge the direction.）

5. and how you like to spend your time? do you have any hobbies?

   reading books, I’m reading biography of <Steve.Jobs>. It’s amazing book.

   music, I will play guitar sometimes.

   basketball, sometimes will see NBA.

   20k

7. what make you think you would be a success in this position?

   I’m positive and execution good.

8. what do you think you are worth to us?

   I’m a hard-working guy, you should love it.

9. what is your career planning?

   I want to a technical expert on financial industry.

   my next step is to be a senior developer on next 3 years.

   my front-end skill is a little weak, I need to improve that. I want I have ability to design app by myself.

   and I also need toke a certificate of CPA, because I can write code better when i understand the business.

10. What is the biggest challenge you have faced on the job？

    when we do a service migration, we have a service is core service on system, data-aggregation-virtualization(DVL) . more than 30 services will call the DVL.

    we need to ensure all the traffic to DVL is correct, and we need to do performance tuning for the API.

    our strategy is cut traffic by batch. we split 30 service’s to 3 batch. And then take separate tests.

    Because we have all kinds of weird problems, I spend 2 months finished this task. it’s a big challenge to me.

11. why do you think you’ll did work better than other teammate from computer science?
    Firstly, I already have experienced on CS related work. and did good job than other people have CS background. And I think non-academic is my strength rather than my weakness.
